1. I am looking for a grip aid that works for my body. How do I choose a grip aid for my body?

     - To start, is your body dry or sweaty? You hands/ body may be slippery if your skin is too dry or if it is (too) sweaty.

2. Is it possible for your hands and body have different skin reactions?
     -Yes.

3. Which one is best for my skin?
     - Based on your skin assessment, the image above is a quick reference. Test in a small area & with a simple & safe move before starting your fitness practice. SAFETY FIRST. Practice with grip aid at your own risk. Feel free to reach out via IG, FB, or email for further assistance.

4. How do I apply the grip aid?
-ALLOW ALL GRIP AIDS TO COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE USE.
-Use less than you would expect or normally use. The SWEATY & SORBET are best shaken, then tapped out in tiny drops. You should start with less drops. You may always add more, if needed. These 2 may both be used for your hands AND body, UNLESS, your hands tend to be sweaty, wash your hands when applying the sorbet to the body. The Sorbet will make your hands slip, if your hands tend too be very sweaty.
-The DRY SPRAY is best shaken & sprayed directly on your skin & rubbed in with the back of the hand. Unless your hands are [extra dry] or [extra dry AND cold], this will make your hands slip on metal/ smooth surfaces. If not needed on hands, wash it off before your fitness practice.

5. What is special about the SWEATY formula?
-You may BOOST the grip aid by applying the grip aid, allowing it to dry, then lightly dampen hands with rubbing alcohol, rub (rubbing) alcohol into hands, and allow hands to dry again.

-You may REACTIVATE the grip aid by lightly dampening hands with rubbing alcohol. If you feel the tack between hands after pressing your hands together and pulling them apart, then allow your hands to dry. Test your grip before attempting fun fitness feats.

6. Is it safe to keep my grip aids in the car?

     - Grip aids should be kept in a cool & dry place. The extreme heat or cold may damage/ spoil the grip aid and affect the effectiveness of the grip aid.

7. Sometimes my dispenser gets stuck. How do I get it to loosen?
     - Carefully remove the top & spray the lid with rubbing alcohol & flip the top open & close until it loosens. For the opening, if the product gets stuck & clogs the nozzle, spray with rubbing alcohol & tap out the product.

-If the spray top gets stuck, spray the nozzle with alcohol to loosen. Also, pump rubbing alcohol through the tube & empty the rubbing alcohol from the tube before reassembling the spray top.
